Hinsdale Central rolls against York, improves to 4-0

ELMHURST - Having to wait an extra day to play did nothing to slow down the Hinsdale Central offense.

With Friday's matchup against York postponed to noon on Saturday due to weather, the Red Devils stormed out of the gate in an eventual 52-21 victory over the host Dukes.

The visitors led 24-0 after the opening 12 minutes, thanks to touchdown passes from Michael Sessa to Kareem Muhammad and Matt Cherry, a 13-yard fumble return for a score from Luke Lagor and a 42-yard field goal off the foot of Brady Garber.

Josh Bean then added a four-yard TD run to extend the margin to 31-0 early in the second. York answered with a touchdown of its own before Sessa again found Muhammad, this time for a 34-yard score.
